On the sidelines of the Summit for Democracy 2023, the Humanitarian Security Challenges Working Group hosted a discussion with Tao-Yuan Chen, International Coordinator at International Headquarters S.A.R. Taiwan on Partners for Democracy Day. The discussion explored the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to deploy search and rescue teams into armed conflicts and other insecure environments.
