The Pacific Forum announces the launch of the Humanitarian Security Challenges Working Group (HSC-WG). The HSC-WG will serve as a convening of subject matter experts on the management of search and rescue teams and emergency medical teams in armed conflicts and other insecure environments. The HSC-WG will work to identify new processes, procedures, and methodologies that can be used to better manage the complex security challenges encountered in these operating environments.
