The Humanitarian Security Challenges Working Group will be hosting a wide-ranging discussion with Bruria Adini of Tel Aviv University, Paul Spiegel of The Johns Hopkins University, and Michael Walsh of Georgetown University. The panelists will address what are the key challenges that impact the response of emergency medical teams to humanitarian crises involving armed conflicts and other insecure environments. This will set the stage for future events that will be hosted by the Humanitarian Security Challenges Working Group during the Summit for Democracy and beyond.
