Join the Council for Global Equality and F&M Global Barometers for an analysis of the LGBTQI+ Human Rights Report Card “grades” of participating countries. The report cards measure current laws and policies and chart progress and regression against the report cards issued in advance of the 2021 Summit for Democracy. This year, we also introduce a new Global Barometers LGBTQI+ Perception Index that measures the lived realities of LGBTQI+ persons in the Summit countries.
