The Financial Transparency and Integrity (FTI) Cohort is pleased to invite you to its next spotlight meeting, focusing on transparency in public procurement, which will be convened virtually on February 23, 2023 from 09:00 to 10:30 U.S. Eastern time.

During the event, participants will consider the importance of procurement reform to corruption prevention, examine opportunities to strengthen existing procurement practices and systems, and reflect on how Summit for Democracy commitments can advance these efforts. Participants are encouraged to share lessons learned from overcoming specific challenges related to procurement reform, identify areas where additional action is needed, and suggest ideas of how to address procurement alongside other FTI priorities at an international level. A detailed agenda will be distributed in advance of the event.
