The Rule of Law and People-Centered Justice Cohort profiled. The Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) – Africa Correspondents Corps, an initiative of the Center for African Studies at Howard University interviewed one of the civil society co-leads of the cohort, the Pathfinders for Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies, about what the cohort stands for and what it has been able to accomplish to date here.
